The perfect rental home while in Ouray. Jeep or hike or swim in the hot springs, then walk to restaurants, grocery store, shops, bars, and waterfalls from this 3 bedroom home. Sleeps 7, queen, queen, double, and a twin. Wait until you see my large, well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable living/kitchen/dining area, nice fenced yard with table and chairs for dining outside under the Aspen trees, covered deck off the master bedroom, laundry room, non-barking dog OK with additional deposit, barbecue. Plenty of parking on the street as our house is on a corner. Owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Colorado.

Alpine House was a perfect comfy base camp near downtown Ouray, Jeep trails, kayaking at Ridgway, & Telluride time. The fenced yard was ideal for our pup and visiting friends with kids. Laundry was handy and outdoor seating was used as much as indoor! Alice was a fantastic host and easy to reach when needed.

This was a fantastic house to stay at. I have zero complaints. It was properly stocked. We stayed a week and never ran out of supplies. It was clean and comfortable. One of its best features is walking distance to Main Street. We will absolutely be remembering this place for future visits.

The "Alpine House" was an incredible stay for our family of 6 and small dog. The location was perfect for walking the town and a base camp for countless mountain activities. The house is nice and clean and the furniture is quite comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. You can eat at the counter sitting on a stool or at the table and chairs. The house has a roomy grass yard which was great for our son's dog. We enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs on the patio at the back of the yard. We were within a very short walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were quite pleased with our stay at Alpine House.

This alpine home just off the main street was perfect for our family of 6. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go in town! It was so convenient for restaurants, shopping, swimming, and hiking to walk and not have to park. The house had everything we needed - a well equipped kitchen with all the staples in the pantry, well stocked bathrooms and a washer and dryer with detergent. The host has considered all the things a guest might need while away from their own home and included them in this alpine home. We would definitely stay again!
