About this house rental
The perfect rental home while in Ouray. Jeep or hike or swim in the hot springs, then walk to restaurants, grocery store, shops, bars, and waterfalls from this 3 bedroom home. Sleeps 7, queen, queen, double, and a twin. Wait until you see my large, well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable living/kitchen/dining area, nice fenced yard with table and chairs for dining outside under the Aspen trees, covered deck off the master bedroom, laundry room, non-barking dog OK with additional deposit, barbecue. Plenty of parking on the street as our house is on a corner. Owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Colorado.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the property and will continue to stay again. The owner made check-in easy and provided more than enough essentials to start your stay. If you have a pet, the home is surrounded with a secure chain link fence.

Very comfortable house right in Ouray. Very clean on arrival and fully functional home. Great host communication as well.

We arrived after dark and the house was very cold. It took a long time to warm up. I understand wanting to keep energy costs down but since it takes so long to warm up maybe raise the temp a little.
