About this house rental

The perfect rental home while in Ouray. Jeep or hike or swim in the hot springs, then walk to restaurants, grocery store, shops, bars, and waterfalls from this 3 bedroom home. Sleeps 7, queen, queen, double, and a twin. Wait until you see my large, well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable living/kitchen/dining area, nice fenced yard with table and chairs for dining outside under the Aspen trees, covered deck off the master bedroom, laundry room, non-barking dog OK with additional deposit, barbecue. Plenty of parking on the street as our house is on a corner. Owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Colorado.

Great location. Alice is a wonderful and personable host. She was quick to respond and available for questions. The fenced-in lot was perfect for pets to run around, and the shaded area with the patio table was ideal for gathering and viewing the scenery. The house was well-equipped and accommodating. For as small and quaint as the house was, it had a good feel to it. Definitely worth coming back.

The house was perfectly located and had everything that we needed for our stay and more we didn't expect. Alice was wonderful and helpful and kept updating us on everything. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived after dark and the house was very cold. It took a long time to warm up. I understand wanting to keep energy costs down but since it takes so long to warm up maybe raise the temp a little.
