New house of 75 m2, with enclosed garden, terrace and private jacuzzi. At the entrance to the remarkable site of Pointe d'Arradon, in the heart of the village of Pratmer. (400 m from the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan, the market, shops and the center of Arradon) Ideal location for starting tours, hiking by the Gulf or boat trips, kayaking or paddle boarding (rental at the marina at 400 m)
With 25 years of experience in welcoming holidaymakers to Arradon, we now offer three non-terraced houses equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Each has a fully enclosed private garden, guaranteed privacy and tranquility.
Large living room, two leather sofas, large screen TV, wood stove)
two bedrooms, a 160/200 bed and two 90/200 beds each with a bathroom (sink and shower) WC on each floor, quality linen provided (cotton percale)
Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, full equipment, large terrace 37 m2, with garden furniture, 3/4 seater jacuzzi, barbecue, dining area, relaxation area. Access between the gardens of the houses possible on request.
Household included.
From here everything can be done on foot, visits, shopping, market .... If you arrive by train, we will welcome you at the Vannes train station. Car rental at SuperU d'Arradon, bus station 150 m.

The property was lovely Beautifully decorated and well equipped Lovely garden and jacuzzi Location excellent Close to Vannes, La Trinite sur Mer, Carnac beach Auray etc Local village within walking distance for bakery , groceries and restaurants Good supermarket five minutes drive away

Excellent house, spotlessly clean, very good aspect towards sun. Great jacuzzi in garden. Arradon is a beautiful small town, very close to the Gulf of Morbihan. Great walks along sea shore and in woodlands. No extensive beaches. The hosts, Catherine and Dominique, are exceptionally helpful. Recommended for couples.

The property is a few minutes walk away from the central of Arradon. Everything is comfortable, immaculate and tasteful. The terrace is a good size with outdoor seating , dining and a hot tub. The large umbrella made it easy to enjoy all day long. Our hosts were very patient with our terrible French language skills! The parking is secure & generous. Arradon is a very pretty market town with good restaurants and a twice weekly market and a great base to explore the area from. We loved it!
