Contemporary two-storey house with 1 garage, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 Italian shower and 1 bath), 2 separate WCs, 1 mezzanine (games room), 1 kitchen open to a large living room opening onto an oriented terrace due south and east via two sliding window doors and garden (approx. 400 m²). INTERNET provision (HIGH THROUGHPUT FIBER). Recent furniture and bedding (September 2015) Attached garage. Enclosed garden with vegetable patch. Adjoining parking wood road wood.

Pièces spacieuses et fonctionnelles, jardin agréable, équipement complet, de petits lapins comme voisins, de belles randonnées autour du golfe du Morbilhan, kayak et îles à proximité... tout ce qu'il faut pour de très agréables vacances.

Très agréable séjour dans un petit coin de paradis, le golfe est à cinq minutes à pieds. Balades et excursions faciles d'accès au départ de la maison. La maison correspond tout à fait au descriptif, confortable, au calme, beau jardin entièrement clôturé sans vis-à-vis, très belle terrasse, on peut profiter du soleil tout au long de la journée. Tous les équipements fonctionnels.
