Wonderful holiday

Thank you Bruno for a wonderful stay in your house. We had a brilliant two week stay with four adults and four children under the age of 5. The house was in easy walking distance of many lovely beaches that the children spent ages in finding crabs and paddling in the calm waters and it was a lovely short walk each morning to the bakery In the town. The house is well equipped it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. (The young boys loved the batman toys they found upstairs!) The garden had a range of brilliant furniture where we could enjoy the sun through out the day and enjoy a game of table tennis. I would also like to say a hug thank you for all of the information you provided us with before our journey on traveling to Arradon and finding the house and thank you for your warm welcome.

Une maison idéale pour une grande famille... ou deux ! Pratique, bien située ( à 5 mn du bourg et à un petit quart d'heure à pied de la plage sur des sentiers piétons bien sécurisés ), elle permet des vacances faciles et agréables pour petits et grands! Très bon sejour dans cette maison. Nous étions 2 familles, avec 4 enfants en tout. Le dortoir à l'étage est génial pour tous ces bambins qui avaient leur espace réservé. Pour les parents, chacun sa chambre et son espace. Cuisine équipée, salon séjour spacieux pour les repas en famille, exterieur agréable. Arradon est une jolie ville, proche de toutes les commodités, les marché et la mer, nous avons fait de magnifiques balades à pied et à vélo. Très bons souvenirs.

Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour. La maison était agréable et nous avons largement profité du jardin de la terrasse et de la table de ping-pong. Les différents coins repos et lecture ont permis à chacun de profiter de son temps libre. Les chambres étaient pourvues de literies confortables. Nous remercions Carine pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous avons découvert une région superbe et avons craqué pour le golfe du Morbihan. Nous reviendrons. Séjour de 3 nuits 9 personnes et un enfant .Nous avons trouvé facilement (grâce au GPS malgré tout car pas de plan de la part du propriétaire). Location bien située.Bien accueillis par Carine . Une des appréciation(datant du mois d'août 2016) dit "manque flagrant d'entretien ,douche bouchée, extérieur non sécurisé car portail cassé". Nous avons pensé que, depuis ,ces problèmes avaient été réglés...hélas non il faut ajouter un salon de jardin inutilisable(table rafistolée,chaises branlantes),heureusement il y en a un deuxième( pour 9 il fallait les 2) ...et un barbecue qui a fait son temps et dont la grille est, elle aussi, inutilisable ,une gazinière qui date et dont on se demande si on est en sécurité en l'allumant !!! Beau volume à l'étage, chambres du bas correctes, belle salle de bain (qui du coup a servi a 9 personnes...) Suggestion au propriétaire : un second frigo (ne pas perdre de vue que la location est prévue pour 10 p).

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle pour un séjour entre amis .nous étions 2 couples d'amis avec 4 enfants. Nous avons apprécié le confort et le bon goût des chambres . Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d' étréner une literie toute neuve. les salles de bains sont parfaites et le dortoir (4 lits simples et un lit double) a été le lieu privilégié des enfants et des ados , leur offrant un espace de jeux très appréciable.la mer et le village sont à proximité. tout se fait à pied . les propriétaires sont accueillants et nous ont donné de précieux renseignements sur les activités de la région . je recommande cette location et y retournerais probablement en famille

Accueil juste correct, tres bel emplacement et volumes, mais manque flagrant d'entretien, douche bouchée , fuites d'eau, infiltrations dans les chambres a l'étage... Extérieur sympa mais non sécurisé car portail casse. Une maison qui mériterait de gros efforts de rénovation des propriétaires.
