”Penthouse for TWO” is a special space. It has a soulful feeling. Carved out of the famous Molly Pitcher winery you will enjoy tree top views from the private grand entrance deck, outfitted with all the niceties you expect from a penthouse deck. Once inside, floor to ceiling windows, slate fireplace, and open space greet you as let your mind unwind and decompress. It’s then when you say to your self, wow, this is the way a vacation should start. While the loft is new, it’s industrial past has been tapped to create a fascinating combination of history meets today. Concrete countertops, stainless steel appliances, bamboo floors and contemporaty furnishings, you might mistaken your new temporary home for a suite in fine boutique hotel. But don’t forget, you’re in the country! There is a private prairie with walking path’s onsite, a fire pit stocked with wood for your use, and landscaped grounds that are breathtaking. It is literally the best of both worlds.

The Warren Dunes with its 1900 acres is a mile up the road, and the beach is just under a mile walk. Oh, and the incredible sunsets... It might just be the the best memory of your stay!

Joe is an awesome host, always accessible and quickly responds to messages. The Penthouse is a true 10/10 experience. Fully stocked for a quiet getaway! Super clean and very relaxing trip (loved the hot tub)! We had a great time and will be sure to book again!

Clean, comfortable, and peaceful space! The kitchen has everything you need and more, and the hosts have thought of anything else you might want or need (games, movies, snacks, etc). We sayed for our anniversary in October and the hosts thoughtfully gifted us champagne and a cake! We loved the balcony hot tub and the living room fireplace, and watched a movie from the DVD collection provided. We walked to the Swedish bakery each morning for a delicious breakfast, and hit a few antique shops nearby too. Bring earplugs for sleep for the trains at night.

We stayed for a Girls Trip, and it was perfect. Beds are super comfy, everything was clean. Both bathrooms and bedrooms are beautiful and spacious. All the little extras like coffee, creamer, snacks, spices and toiletries was so nice. Both decks were used. The hot tub was great and the front deck was awesome for card games and drinks. The dining room table was great for our Mimosa Brunch. The Swedish Bakery is amazing to walk to and we went to the Dunes, which is a must see! We enjoyed Harvest Fest, Brewsters and Stray Dog in New Buffalo and also went to the Round Barn Winery. Great location, we will definitely be back!
