We had an unforgettable time celebrating Early Christmas at this beautiful beach house with our family of 13 adults! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and had an accurate description, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was spotless when we arrived, and everything was set up perfectly for a holiday getaway.The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, so we could enjoy some fresh air and beautiful views between holiday activities. The entertainment spaces were fantastic for our group, especially for the younger adults. We spent a lot of time in the spacious living areas, playing games and enjoying each other's company. The outdoor patios were also a great spot for morning coffee and enjoying the outdoors!There was more than enough room for everyone. Even with 13 of us, we never felt cramped—there was plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy the Christmas festivities without stepping on each other's toes.The only suggestion I have is that the kitchen could use a few more pots for cooking, as we had some big meals planned. However, this was a small issue in what was otherwise a wonderful experience.We would absolutely stay here again for future family get-togethers. It was a perfect spot for making holiday memories!

We had a retreat and a large group at 6 Sandy Beach Trail and enjoyed our stay at the house. It had great rooms and amenities. The property managers were very attentive to our needs and even helped us coordinate prior to our arrival. There was a broken lounge chair by the pool and we let them know and it was just replaced the next day, we didn't even see them come and change it out. There were some ripped blinds in one of the rooms and they sent someone to measure for replacement, I'm sure they are replaced by now. As I said very attentive. Thank you for all your support during our stay.

The property was excellent! Listing details were accurate and the beach access was so easy and close. We were a large family vacationing together and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Great place, great location, and super easy communication and checkin process. Hope to rent again.

This was an amazing house with great location/proximity to the beach. Our stay was a great time. The movie room in particular was really cool.
