Villa Giota (pronounced Yiota) is a pleasant 3 bedroom villa located in the stunning foothills of the charming village of Peyia. The lively resort of Coral Bay is 5 minute drive away, with a great choice of local cafes, bars and authentic restaurants, as well as its desired blue flag beach. Staying in during the day is also a treat, as the villa has a spacious pool and a spectacular countryside and distant sea views from the first floor terrace - best enjoyed with a chilling drink. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Giota stands amongst olive groves and vineyards, in the foothills of the traditional village of Peyia and is within walking distance of several local restaurants. Surrounded by Cypriot countryside this inviting villa is a great choice for a relaxing retreat. If you're looking for an energetic atmosphere, the lively resort of Coral Bay is just a 10 minute drive away. There are many shops, bars and traditional restaurants as well as a blue flag beach.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the air conditioning/heating is on a timer which operates for 4 hours, after which it can be reset for a subsequent 4 hour period.
