About this house rental
Explore Thousand Islands kayaking in the Banana River with mangroves, dolphins and manatee. Splash in the pool or lounge watching the kayakers float by. Fish and kayak by day and gather in the evening to enjoy tropical breezes in the tiki hut. One mile walk or drive to beach access with restrooms and picnic facilities. On the main floor/first level of the home, there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus an office with a door for privacy. Up the stairs, the second story has a large living room, kitchen and breakfast nook, large dining room, 2nd story deck, and half bath, plus the 5th bedroom with ensuite bath and a private deck. There are 4 TV's in the home with Roku streaming; a very large TV in the living room plus 3 of the 5 bedrooms has a TV and there's plenty of Wifi for all the devices you bring. Also, games and books are provided as we hope you'll disconnect from devices at times and use this wonderful space to reconnect with each other and with nature.

Wonderful property in a great location. Host was very responsive to all of our needs. Would absolutely stay here again. Clean and spacious. The pictures are spot on to the actual location.

What a beautiful home in Cocoa Beach! Literally everything you could need or want is in this house. It was home away from home. We loved the view from the balconys and working from the table in the main lounge over looking the bay. We saw an alligator and saw dolphins every day. We were lucky enough to visit at the time of the airshow - which was amazing!! And we also saw a rocket launch which was super cool. The house is so accommodating for a couple of families as there is so much space to get away and chill. One thing I will say is double up on your mosquito repellant. Any house on the water is of course subject to the little guys, but if you want to sit out on an evening in the tiki bar (you should coz it’s brilliant) then you’ll need lots of repellant! I would absolutely recommend this villa to anybody looking to stay in Cocoa Beach. Thanks for having us!

This house is amazing! The view is spectacular! So much room to accommodate our entire family! Every bedroom had its own private bathroom. There is an elevator inside, which was a pleasant surprise for the older generation in our group. The location was central to everything! Communication with the host was easy. I would love to book here again next time!

This is a beautiful home. It had everything we could want. The rooms and common areas were bright and open, as well as clean, nicely decorated and well kept. Beautiful views, a great pool and lots of amenities. We loved taking the kayaks that were available out into the mangroves. We saw dolphins, stingrays and lots of fish. My husband and kids enjoyed the billiards table. There is a hightop table that is set in front of giant windows, overlooking the water that made a great spot for cards and games. There is beach access with free parking minutes away and the home had beach chairs, boogie boards, etc that we could use. The kitchen had spices and condiments available, which made grocery shopping so much easier. We did not get a chance to use the outdoor kitchen next to the pool, but it looked lovely and with more time I am sure we would have. The beds were comfortable with high end linens and pillows. I can’t say enough nice things. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.
