Coco Sands Riverfront Pool Home w/5 Bedrms - 3 min to the beach

I recommend this property highly! The property is beautiful with fabulous views of the River throughout the house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great for not having to take turns to get ready to go somewhere. The Kitchen was spacious and well equipped with everything you need to make your gourmet meals including a large dinning table that sat everyone in our family. (11 people). The house is laid out for privacy and yet, coming together in the common living areas, with the kitchen, dining room, covered outside veranda, tiki hut bar and pool looking out on the river for everyone to come and enjoy. This Host has made vacationing easy with no work and all play! From launching the Kayaks for a river exploring adventure where we saw manatee and Dolphin all around, to great fish catching with every try!! Both our Grandson (9) and Granddaughter (5) caught their first fish making us all proud. The Beach was spectacular and the weather was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool every day after returning from the beach or other activity. The location is fantastic ,with easy access to everything you need and want for a vacation! One of the highlights was going down to the Beach for the Falcon X 9 night Launch. Another first time experience for some of us! We are hoping to stay again and make this an annual family tradition. The property is absolutely amazing! We went as a large extended family. We all had plenty of room with plenty of bathrooms. The view is unbeatable right on the water. We saw wildlife daily including many manatees, dolphins, sea turtles, crabs, stingrays, even a sea horse! Fishing right in your backyard was awesome. It was a short drive to free public parking for the beach. Everything you need for your stay was right on the property. The host was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

Wonderful location. The boys fished every day. The caught huge catfish, sting rays, and some smaller fish. They caught one shark that was too big to land. We saw dolphins and manatees almost every day. The house was perfect and the host was great at getting back with us if we had questions.

The house was wonderful. Loved the extra touches and amenities. Location was great. Unfortunately, the pool needed cleaned and we were unable to use. Would recommend this property.
