The house comes comfortably furnished with new beds, bedding and linens. Cook at home in the well-stocked kitchen or enjoy the close proximity to great dining in neighboring towns like Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Guests can enjoy the private property including yard space, fire pit, and, of course, your own private dock on Crooked Lake. The house comes equipped with complementary canoes for your enjoyment. Crooked Landing is located on Crooked Lake in northern Michigan. The house is located in Alanson, Michigan also near the small towns of Oden and Conway. Crooked Landing is in close proximity to larger, more iconic northern Michigan towns like Harbor Springs (10 minutes) and Petoskey (7 minutes). The location is ideal for year-round activities like shopping and wineries as well as seasonal activities like boating, ice fishing, snowmobiling and skiing. Conveniently located next to Windjammer Marina for easy access to boat rentals during the summer months. For bikers, runners, and snowmobilers, the Petoskey to Mackinaw Trail is located across the street. The parking area can accommodate up to six vehicles and the dock has space for a couple boats and jet skis.

Crooked Landing offers a very updated and comfortable home just 25’ from the dock on Crooked Lake, which is great for swimming, tubing, fishing and all sorts of fun. The Owner communicated with us in a very timely and helpful manner. We had 13 and the house accommodated our grout easily.

The property was very nicely decorated with a nice open concept. The outside areas were also very nice. It was close to Petoskey and Harbor Springs which was great as well. We golfed some great courses and also did a day trip to Mackinaw IslandThe hosts were great and very responsive to any questions we had.

This beautiful home on Crooked Lake has everything a family needs to enjoy a perfect Northern Michigan experience. Its own dock, plenty of lounging space on multiple decks and patios, a fire pit and wonderfully appointed guest rooms and bathrooms. Hosts Kate and Brent were available for any questions we had, helped us with local recommendations and were overall extraordinarily accommodating to any special requests we had. I would rent this house anytime!
