About this apartment rental
Condo 571 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath San Felipe Vacation Rental located in San Felipe's most prestigious resort — El Dorado Ranch — fully furnished with all the bells and whistles for the ultimate vacation experience.
The resort has 24/7 patrolled security for extra peace of mind. The single-floor design and two-car attached garage make unloading vacation bags and toys super easy. Families will love the close proximity between the two bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a large queen bed and an attached master bathroom with an independent shower, bathtub, his-and-her sinks, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The location is very convenient — just a few minutes' walk to the tennis courts and swimming pool (which has free Wi-Fi plus a bar and grill). Our private beach is also just a short walk away. San Felipe's only 18-hole golf course is located in the resort. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests with 4 pool passes only (children 12 and under free). Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service.
A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (other options available). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

Went to San Felipe to motorcycle ride and was super happy with the property and the fact it had a garage. Property is nice for Mexico and El Dorado community is safe and well guarded.

We quite enjoyed our stay. Found the area to be quite nice. The unfinished condos are somewhat bothering but still a beautiful area. The people were super and very helpful.

Condo well kept. Only issue was missing sheets on bed and soiled covers. Great location to beach. Quiet and safe. Nearby condos unfinished, under construction but not an issue. People at rental agency and and resort kind and helpful.
