About this house rental
Condo 322 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch. The living room is on the ground floor overlooking the golf course with awesome views of the Sea of Cortez, featuring high ceilings with square paned windows, a comfortable sofa, and a TV with Dish hookup. This 2-level condo has two master bedroom suites — one on each floor.
The upstairs master has a queen-size bed and a bedside chair, while the downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet, with clean linens and towels provided. The kitchen features an L-shape design with a kitchen island, high-end stainless steel appliances including a GE double oven, granite countertops, and a double kitchen sink carved into the island. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests with 4 pool passes only (children 12 and under free).
Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day.
No BBQ at the condos — free BBQs are available at a designated area by the beach. Please note: NO GARAGE ACCESS and NO INTERNET. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (other communities available). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

This condo was perfect! We enjoyed our short little vacation here in El Dorado Ranch. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! I look forward to visiting again soon. Erick and his staff were all very helpful and made sure our stay here was perfect! See you guys again soon!
