About this apartment rental

Condo 363 is a gorgeous and affordable San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch resort, with over 1,900 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Sea of Cortez and swimming pool views, and a classy sophisticated style ambiance — one of the few rentals with in-house WiFi. As our guest, you are considered a resident, receiving discounts on golf cart rentals and playing the 18-hole Las Caras de Mexico golf course.

The split-level condo is steps from a semi-private pool, with the larger La Palapa pool nearby. The snow white living room has high ceilings and French windows that can be partially opened for open-air living. The fully stocked chef's kitchen includes a kitchen island, high-end GE appliances, and an upstairs patio with a gas-powered BBQ grill. The master bedroom features a jetted bathtub and shower.

There are two living rooms with surround speakers throughout. The upstairs balcony has a rare patio fireplace for stargazing on cooler nights. Amenities include tennis courts, pickle courts, and a nearby gym with $3 day passes. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests with 6 pool passes only. Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day.

A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in this community. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
