Condo 404 is a serene San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch where luxury meets comfort. This premier condominium features three elegantly appointed bedrooms, each a sanctuary of peace and privacy with en suite bathrooms that sparkle with modern finesse. The living area is decorated with a tasteful touch, inviting you to relax in a space that feels both grand and intimate. A fully equipped kitchen awaits with top-of-the-line appliances that make cooking a delight.
Step outside to beautiful landscape — sand and sea glisten under the sky, beckoning for a leisurely walk to the beach, a refreshing dip, or a lazy day lounging on the patio or balcony watching sunrises and sunsets. For golf enthusiasts, a picturesque golf course awaits. A private garage provides convenience and security. This rental comes with 6 pool passes only. Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. Outdoor grills are NOT allowed within this community — you may grill at designated BBQ stalls by the beach. No off-road vehicles permitted (exception for race teams). A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

It was great house was beautiful, but the night before our last f day we had a leak from the shower upstairs to the kitchen, I sent a email nobody answered I had to keep mopping the floors and there was no towels in the bathrooms or extra sheets but thanks
