About this apartment rental
Vacation in a historical vineyard with a panoramic view! The new, cozy 34m² vacation apartment Barrique is located in the spa town of Merano (Merano) in the heart of South Tyrol on the southern side of the Alps Meran. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom as well as one separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment has large skylights that let in ample sunlight and can be electrically turned on or dimmed (mosquito net). Additional amenities include a hairdryer, vanity mirror, and grooming products. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, satellite television, a washing machine, and as a special feature provides a wine cabinet with a selection of our wine. The apartment is suitable for children and a baby bed and a highchair are provided (upon request). Guests can enjoy a spectacular mountain view and relax outdoors in the garden or cook on the grill, both shared features. A playground is also available. The apartment is located in the midst of a fruit and wine cultivation area surrounded by the lush forest and fauna above Meran whose town center is just 5 minutes away. The Felderer Hof is a family-owned winery dating back to 1885 that raised livestock and cultivated fruit and vineyards on the wide, sunny slopes in the Labers-Meran area. The Falzleben ski and hiking area is accessible by cable car or is just a 3 minute drive by car. The Bolzano-Dolomiti Airport is a 28 minute (30 km) drive by car.

Pros: Die Lage ist wunderbar in den Weinbergen oberhalb von Meran. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist nach neuestem Standard eingerichtet. Das WLAN war so stabil, dass wir über den Fernseher auch streamen konnten. Für unsere Fahrräder war eine Garage zum Unterstellen bereitgestellt.

Pros: Unterkunft war erst zum 2.mal vermietet, also nagelneu. Die Stadt Meran und auch der Lift Meran 2000 waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass das Auto stehen bleiben konnte.
Cons: Föhn war in der Beschreibung enthalten, musste aber erst angefordert werden.
Gästekarte wurde gar nicht ausgestellt, obwohl am Ende die Kurtaxe verlangt wurde.
