The pictures of the property I believe were taken when the dock was new. They didn't state that the boat lift worked...I assumed. My bad. Part of the boat dock was collapsed and in the water.Keep in mind you are right on the main highway with alot of 18 wheeler traffic. The house was very clean, everything that we used worked as expected. Alot of amenities such as games and cards. Plenty of parking for boat trailers. If you are not a fan of mexican food. Expect to go to Oak Grove. Recommendations of Little Freezer, Chopsticks for crawfish as well as Johnnys Pizza.

When we first walked in, it was fun to find all the bedrooms nestled here and there! Very interesting and clever layout - the bedrooms are all unique and we had a good time deciding who got which room. Each one is nice! As nice as that was, it failed to compare to the amazing back area! There is a large, comfy area with cozy couches and a large dining room space - that whole half of the house has an incredible view of Lake Providence. This would be the perfect place for a family reunion - so inviting and so much room! Love the floor plan! We absolutely loved the place. It was raining so we weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful deck too much - but it also has lots of room for activities or just enjoying the view. So glad we stayed at the Lily Pad! Perfect name for it! That’s exactly what it is!!!
