About this apartment rental

Located in Lagoa, this welcoming apartment lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and enjoy a short 5-minute walk to Grande Beach, or easily tackle the quick 6-minute drive to Carneiros Beach.

After you return, you can unwind by the communal pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

As you settle into this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a sofa bed, a BBQ grill, and a safe. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. What’s not to like?Location by a beautiful beach with an excellent cafe.Set privately behind electric gates this is a small complex of various apartments with communal facilities.It is ably managed by Sandra who loves her job and treats the place as her own. She speaks a variety of languages so always able to communicate.We loved our week here off season peace and quiet to recharge in the sunny days but close to the little town for shopping and cafes. Sadly most restaurants closed for holiday as the very “slow” season.

Nice little apartment, limited equipped. No manual was provided..!!!!!!! Pantry Items - No baking utensils Refrigerator - Yes, the seal strip was not OK Hob - No Toaster - Yes General: Activities Guide - No Air Conditioning - Yes Clothes Dryer - Yes, towel dryer in the bathroom Garage - No, only for the owner Hair Dryer - Yes Heating - Yes, by the AC Internet - Yes, wifi Iron & Board - No iron, just board Laundry Soap - Yes Linens Provided - Yes Living Room - Yes in the kitchen Local Activities Guide - No Local Maps - No Local Restaurant Guide - No Parking - Yes Parking Off Street - Yes Sofa Bed - Yes Telephone - No Toilet Paper - No Towels Provided - Yes Washing Machine - Yes Free Wifi - Yes TV - Yes, with hdmi for computer connection. A lot of German channels but not BBC or CNN. Thanks to another guest, who stayed in apartment 2, we could get information of the surroundings, the restaurants etc. Other information we got from internet. The beds were well used with a sunken area in the middle of the mattress. The beds had no mattress toppers, so you can feel some of the single springs lieing in bed. The beds need new mattresses and mattress toppers to ensure good sleep. To do the dishes we needed a brush. We bought one. We had a good time visiting flea markets, national parks and small beautiful villages. The nearby town, Portimao, was good for shopping. Our stay was in November-December, so the sea water was too cold for us to go swimming and the pool was not heated. It must be wonderful in the summertime.
