About this apartment rental
Our house is located on a hillside (entrance via an outside staircase, parking on the property), within walking distance of Lake Ossiach and the May-October open supermarket, restaurants and ATMs.
As the last house on a quiet residential street, the property with terraces and lawn directly on the edge of the forest and offers a fantastic view over the Ossiacher See and the Gerlitzen.

The place is really nice, great location. Feels like home. The communication with the owner was very easy. It will be my number one choice, when I come back to that area next time.

Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace.
The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment.
More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter (unlike my Aunt down the street where we have no sunch dampness in a similar locatation).
Key handover was perfect but the lady came at 9:30 instead of the official 10am checkout to see if we needed help leaving. This was a first ever and had we not been a bit cross would actually have been funny given her sudden appearance.
In summary great location but a property with minimal love and investment which shows in the tired furnature and features.
