Edgewater Villa 2006 has all the comforts of home to relax and sleeps up to 6 guests with two queen beds in The Graycee Pearl Main Suite and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the great room. This beautiful ground floor villa is beautifully decorated and is a great location to kick back and relax. You'll love the spacious open floor plan great room and being on the ground floor, you just walk out to your patio! The great room has a queen sleeper sofa and two comfy recliners. The large wall mounted TV has Roku HD streaming included. And don't forget to bring your devices because Lux Speed WiFi is provided throughout the property. The view from the great room is amazing with floor to ceiling windows!
Step out onto your patio for morning coffee or evening drinks at sunset. There's plenty of seating on this private covered patio. Both the great room and the bedroom have sliding doors to access the patio.
The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has modern cabinets and granite counter tops with plenty of light and the latest appliances, too. Cooking here is a dream and best of all there's a view from the kitchen. Your dining area has a table and chairs for four that's great for meals and also for game night! There is additional seating at the bar. The washer and dryer is located in the kitchen for your convenience.
This villa boasts a coastal theme no matter what part of the condo you walk into. The Graycee Pearl's Main Suite features two queen sized beds with high thread count luxury bed linens and soft fluffy pillows. You'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. You'll enjoy having a TV in the bedroom too with Roku Streaming so you can watch all your favorite programs. As you walk into the en-suite main bath you will find a walk-in closet large enough to fit all your things. The vanity is separate from the tub/shower combo so there's plenty of room for everyone to get ready to go out After a long day at the beach enjoy soaking in the shower/tub combo and drying off with the fluffy high-quality bathroom towels.
Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.

Pros: Good location, close walking distance to beach, restaurants, entertainment, pools, tram to take you to wherever on property, good size place to stay, view of pond with turtles, ducks, amenities in rooms. Cons: master bathroom shower tub had cracks, shower doors had black mold on caulk, old shower/tub, food found on floor in kitchen, black stuff coming from faucets, kitchen faucet loose, door stoppers broken off laying on floor, master bathroom toilet had black stuff under lip of toilet inside, 2 beds squeaked like crazy, master bathroom shower faucet kept dripping, tennis is not free for guest, *construction of building with support poles with wood under it to support above units to repair broken pillars, *that wasn't told to us until after I called for code to get into unit*, needs sidewalks and more led lighting for people who want to walk around premises, *whoever cleans these places for the owners needs to check their cleaning and get our (guest)/owners money back*. I have pics for all this!

The property was good. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing to note is that there were gnats flying around especially in the bathroom, But other than that it was a wonderful condo at a great price . We had a great time and we always stay at Edgewater. Thanks for a great place.
