About this apartment rental
All the desired resort amenities! Pools galore (including a lagoon pool), hot tubs, golf, pickleball, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, fitness center, spa, kitchen, washer & dryer, restaurant on site. This villa has a beautiful, quiet view of a duck pond, fountain and golf course. Recently updated in summer 2022, it's fresh, clean, and ready for you! ADA accessible. (Some amenities have resort fees.)
Walk across the pedestrian bridge with our beach wagon, chairs and noodles; or hop on the courtesy shuttle van and be there in a couple of minutes. Either way is quick and easy.
If you're enjoying the lagoon pool, order snacks and meals and have them delivered to your lounger or cabana. If you'd prefer something even closer to home, use the private pool (heated seasonally) for select villas.
When you're ready to venture out, you'll have dozens of eateries, activities and shopping sites within a 5-mile range. The hard part is deciding which to try first.
The villa has a washer and dryer, 3 Roku t.v's, fast WIFI access with Fiber, and desk area.
Leave Sea La Vie with a little sand in your shoes and wonderful memories in your heart.

Everything we needed and more! One of the best experiences we’ve had…it was home away from home. Clean, comfortable and close to all the things! If you’re looking to visit PCB, this is the place to stay! Thank you for making everything so easy and great!!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the host Annette. We had an amazing stay. The place was so clean and stocked with all amenities required. Close to everything. Excellent communication with host, so quick and friendly. Would 100% stay here again.
