A beautiful pearl might surprise you when opening an oyster, but you will always find a beautiful vacation when opening the door at 311 Summerhouse. This wonderful oceanfront, three-bedroom and three bath condominium recently experienced an extensive renovation, which is amazing understanding that it was already very special! No room of the condominium was untouched! Some of the highlights of the renovation include:
• All new flooring throughout the condominium.
• There are two new master suites, each with updated bathrooms and featuring king beds.
• Fresh paint throughout the home.
• Removal of popcorn ceilings.
• Many kitchen improvements including hard countertops.
• All new bedding with cheerful seaside decor.
• New swinging chair on oceanfront deck.
• All new beach themed decorations throughout condominium.
• Finally, a new sofa as well as living room accents.
311 Summerhouse is an end condominium. This ideal location provides the property with extra square footage, extra windows, and accommodates a second master suite. The spacious kitchen and separate breakfast room are additional unique features of an end property. Best yet, is the commanding view of the Summerhouse pool and the Atlantic Ocean from the oceanfront deck, living room, and both master suites. Equal to the gorgeous view is the bright, picturesque seaside décor throughout “The Pearl”. Another surprise is the guest bedroom, that features a queen bed plus a twin bed. This arrangement allows seven people comfortable bedding with no sleeper sofas!

• High speed internet with Wi-Fi.

• Full size washer and dryer.
• Parking for two cars.
• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products.

- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Summerhouse pool is open seasonally from April 1- Sept 30 and is not heated.
- The pool deck is open in the off season.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
- Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex.

- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

It was a very nice place and well furnished

Everything was very nice except no coffee pot! The machine was there but no pot. We arrived Friday afternoon and upon discovering no pot, immediately called rental service. They said they would try and get it there that afternoon so we could have coffee the next day but did not. I had to call again the next morning and no one knew about it. We did get a coffee maker later that morning.

Condo was clean, loved the access to beach. Needs a few updates but overall we would return.
