*Tahoe is a beautiful and fun place to visit, but occasionally this area can be affected by extreme weather events. While we never want things like icy roads, road closures, or smoke from wildfires to negatively impact our guests, it can happen. We ask travelers to plan their vacation appropriately for the rural mountain climate and encourage guests to research all travel insurance options, as Tahoe Moon Properties cannot provide refunds for things outside of our control.

-Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules). Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed.
-This property is NOT pet-friendly. Service dogs are an exception.
-Majority of renters must be the age of 25 yrs old or older
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.

The view is out of this world!!! The place is located next to the best pizza in North Tahoe! It does have quite a bit of road noise, but I’m a very light sleeper and used my white noise app which worked great!! Lots of amenities in the condo as well. Easy check in and check out process!!! We had a blast

The property was in very poor condition and clearly not properly cleaned. There were cobwebs on the ceiling in the living room, and we even found a man’s underwear under the sofa cushions. The dishes and pots were all dirty and had to be washed by hand.The bathroom was extremely dirty. The shower was very small, about the size of a camper’s shower, with no space to place soap, shampoo, or a razor. It was uncomfortable to use and also had mold. The toilet had hair, showing it had not been cleaned at all.The beds were terrible: the pillows and blankets smelled awful, as if they had been used and not changed, and the sheets on both beds were placed upside down and not properly arranged. Under the beds was covered in dust, and the area behind the headboards was also very dusty.The stairs were completely dark at night, with no lights, making it very dangerous to go up or down—someone could easily fall and get seriously hurt.
