-Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules). Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed.
-This property is NOT pet-friendly. Service dogs are an exception.
-Majority of renters must be the age of 25 yrs old or older
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.

This spot was incredible!! waking up to the beach with the mountains in the background was just breathtaking! the house was very clean and organized and was in the most perfect spot. I will say, the beds were very uncomfortable and stiff and the sheets were way too big so they kept coming off! We were told there were beach chairs we could use in the closet but there was nothing in there.. but both of these things did not take away from how incredible this spot was - 10/10 and would rebook here again!

Wonderful weekend stay. The property was very clean and exactly as pictured. Everything was smooth and comfortable—would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! Convenient location, easily walkable to restaurants and activities in Kings Beach. Beds and couches were comfortable. It was handy to have washer and dryer with a few detergent pods provided. Would definitely recommend to others.
