The balcony or terrace offers a wonderful view over the adjacent ski slope.

Due to its central location, Maria Alm is an ideal starting point for many day trips to Salzburg or Zell am See, Schloss Ritzen, the Kaprunner Stausee, the Großglockner, Burg Hohen Werfen and the Eisriesenwelt.
