Bathroom: One bathroom, and one en-suite upstairs
Pets: Up to three well-behaved pets

Access/Parking: Ample parking in a communal car park for the complex, plus a communal EV charger available

Upon entering Bwthyn Siwan - pronounced 'Booth-in Shoo-an', you are welcomed by a spacious hallway, perfect for storing beach bags and muddy boots. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features a cosy sofa, two recliner chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a small dining table. The compact kitchen is well-equipped with all essentials for meal preparation. Downstairs also includes a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
Upstairs, a large double bedroom awaits, furnished with a king-size bed and featuring a vaulted ceiling with skylights. This bedroom also includes an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, providing a private and luxurious space.
Outside the property there is a small garden area where you can enjoy the fresh air, there is also a communal BBQ area. Parking is available with access to a communal dual charge pod point EV charger at the Llys Llewelyn complex. Please download the necessary app to charge your vehicle. Internet is a free amenity, however due to our unique location on Anglesey, we cannot always guarantee its performance or availability. We appreciate your understanding if this service becomes unavailable during your stay, as compensation cannot be offered.

We arrived to a very warm and cosy cottage. Everywhere was very clean and comfortable and there was everything there that we needed. This is the fifth time we have been to these cottages, tried them all now. Our border terriers love the proximity to the beach. The welcome bag was a nice touch, different to previous years. Have already booked for next year. The tea rooms on site are an absolute must. We love Anglesey in the winter, so much to see and do.

Lovely little cottage, no problems with cottage except thermostat not working, so quite cold in the evenings, problem reported but not rectified… Requested different pillows after first night and also fourth day… Again not rectified… offered 10% discount in future booking but prices have hiked so much staying with Anglesey Holiday Lettings is now far beyond what my wallet can afford, cheaper to go abroad, sad to say!

We stayed here in Oct ‘25 as a group of 4 adults with a dog.
While the place is not huge it has been really thoughtfully put together and we had everything we needed. Location was good, close to a lovely beach although further from the main tourist areas of Anglesey, a car is essential here. There was a lovely welcome pack which was very useful. It was great to have the use of a washing machine in the adjacent building.
We had a couple of small frustrations - (i) The heating control was very restricted - you could only adjust between 20 and 22 degrees - there were times where we wanted cooler than 20 degrees and one day where we would have liked a bit warmer - this might be something for management to consider! (ii)Guests should also take care of the threshold bar at the entrance to the downstairs bathroom, the screws holding this to the floor project higher than they should and are painful if you tread on them.
Overall this was a good, well maintained property and we enjoyed our stay, we would return in the future
