Upon entering Bwthyn Siwan - pronounced 'Booth-in Shoo-an', you are welcomed by a spacious hallway, perfect for storing beach bags and muddy boots. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features a cosy sofa, two recliner chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a small dining table. The compact kitchen is well-equipped with all essentials for meal preparation. Downstairs also includes a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

Upstairs, a large double bedroom awaits, furnished with a king-size bed and featuring a vaulted ceiling with skylights. This bedroom also includes an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, providing a private and luxurious space.

Outside the property there is a small garden area where you can enjoy the fresh air, there is also a communal BBQ area. Parking is available with access to a communal dual charge pod point EV charger at the Llys Llewelyn complex. Please download the necessary app to charge your vehicle. Internet is a free amenity, however due to our unique location on Anglesey, we cannot always guarantee its performance or availability. We appreciate your understanding if this service becomes unavailable during your stay, as compensation cannot be offered.

Lovely little cottage, no problems with cottage except thermostat not working, so quite cold in the evenings, problem reported but not rectified… Requested different pillows after first night and also fourth day… Again not rectified… offered 10% discount in future booking but prices have hiked so much staying with Anglesey Holiday Lettings is now far beyond what my wallet can afford, cheaper to go abroad, sad to say!

We stayed here in Oct ‘25 as a group of 4 adults with a dog. While the place is not huge it has been really thoughtfully put together and we had everything we needed. Location was good, close to a lovely beach although further from the main tourist areas of Anglesey, a car is essential here. There was a lovely welcome pack which was very useful. It was great to have the use of a washing machine in the adjacent building. We had a couple of small frustrations - (i) The heating control was very restricted - you could only adjust between 20 and 22 degrees - there were times where we wanted cooler than 20 degrees and one day where we would have liked a bit warmer - this might be something for management to consider! (ii)Guests should also take care of the threshold bar at the entrance to the downstairs bathroom, the screws holding this to the floor project higher than they should and are painful if you tread on them. Overall this was a good, well maintained property and we enjoyed our stay, we would return in the future

I stayed by myself apart from two short periods with friends. I was very happy in the space alone; the living space was just about spacious enough for 3 adults. Very clean and comfortable. Very good location for getting out to see and enjoy Anglesey. The equipment was basic, commensurate with the ‘value’ fee. The included WiFi was not secure and the staff did not appear to understand how important this was. It was great to have access to a washing machine but there was no drying facility.

We loved our stay in Bwthyn Siwan. The cottage had everything we needed and more. The property was conveniently located with lots of parking directly on the doorstep. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathrooms were great: nice powerful shower. Our bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the small garden out front, which was a real sun trap. You have views towards Snowdonia on on side and over the sheep field on the other. Loved it. Would stay again.

This cottage is in a good location. It's close to the estuary and perfect for walking on the beach, sand dunes and coastal path. It is set up for four people but isn't really suitable for four adults as the upstairs bedroom, as is shown in the photos, has no door to separate it from downstairs and the downstairs bathroom is straight off the kitchen so limited privacy. The downstairs bedroom is small and no hanging space for clothes other than a couple of hooks on the wall so not enough storage for clothes if staying for a week. Also a slim line dishwasher would be useful. All the properties in the Llys Lewellyn complex are very good value for money and we will go back there again but in a different cottage.

A small complex tucked away in the beautiful village of Aberffraw, a walkers paradise amongst sand dunes and beaches. Our 6th year returning to this complex, our 2nd time in the cottage, well presented bathrooms having been refurbished to a high standard and a well equipped kitchen. Tea rooms on site open til 4pm, local pub and shop.

Enjoyed another lovely short break at this complex, lucky with the weather. Accomodation perfect for our needs, as we have a dog, and an electric vehicle (reliable charging on site). Would recommend a stay here, not far to travel to local points of interest, and walk down estuary to a gorgeous quiet beach.

We arrived early with a view of going to find somewhere to eat. There was an extremely pleasant member of staff on site and without asking he contacted housekeeping and then told us we could go into the cottage. How nice of him. As each time we have been before it was a great week. Warm, quiet, comfortable. What more do you need. Even our dog knew which cottage to go to. Unfortunately because we have moved house we weren’t recognised and therefore did not get the discount. No worries we’ll get it next time!! Many thanks

This is the 3rd time I have stayed on this small development of holiday cottages. The locations is great for the beach and local walks. Modern deco and well equipped kitchen made it an ideal property for me for a weeks holiday.

The letting was everything that we wanted. It was spotlessly clean had everything we needed and the few staff we met were really helpful and very friendly. My sister and I are from Anglesey and live in England and we were very impressed with accommodation and location. It was central to visiting our family and enjoying what Anglesey had to offer which was a lot. The cafe round the corner we highly recommend. I stayed in treaddur bay last year in one of the letting with friends and again it was really good. Looking for next year now. The island is amazing. Highly recommend Holiday Lettings. A short break to visit relatives on Anglesey. The cottage itself was really lovely kept clean with comfy beds / bedding all facilities in good condition. The on site cafe was super and very busy! Good walks along the dunes kept our dog happy. Only downside there’s no pub left in the village.

Last minute trip. First time in Aberffraw, what a beautiful place and the dog loved the dunes and beach. 2 adults and our dog. Cottage was comfy, well equipped and had essentials that most cottages dont, along with some treats..even for the dog. Small enclosed private front garden with picnic table, sun in the morning. Separate enclosed BBQ area for the cottages to share. We only used downstairs, but shower was amazing, (actually a non slip shower tray, great). View of field at the back from lounge was nice to watch the birds, no sheep or cows on our visit. Cafe around the corner is amazing, beautiful food and coffees, cake etc and dog friendly, seating outside also, would return just for the cafe alone!. Easy drive to other places. Would return for a short break. Thanks.

Ideal set of well equipped and comfortable cottages on Anglesey. Thoroughly recommended for EV owners in particular as the PodPoint charger on site makes like a whole lot easier when charging on the island remains thin.

My father in law stayed here whilst we were next door. It was our third stay, his first. He loved it. The cottages are perfect, the location is amazing. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We’ll be booking for next year which says it all really.

Great little cottage, perfect for two people with small dogs. Newly refurbished en suite & bathroom. Unfortunately ground floor tiled area replaced by new carpet which made keeping place clean difficult with wet boots and dogs in winter. I always choose this cottage for tiled floor and now it is carpeted it makes for extra work when on holiday- also no seating area in porch to clean everyone down after wet Sandy walks. Real shame

Lovely cottage in a gorgeous setting. Upside: the walk to the beach and the beach itself is one of the most beautiful walks ever. The cottage was beautiful and comfortable and the sheep in the back field a delight to watch. Downside: only one. unfortunately the 2 pubs in the village are gone and the only cafe closes at 4pm (and is closed Sun/Mon). All in all we have a wonderful time, and we drove out for food but the website does need updating. Anglesey Holiday Lettings were great with their info and one tiny issue we had was responded to swiftly and professionally. Would definitely recommend both the cottage and the company.

This was our second booking at the complex and certainly won't be our last. The cottage was comfortable, well equipped and perfect for two couples, there are some beautiful walks straight from the door and most places of interest are within a 30 minute drive. I will certainly miss the view of the sheep in the field from the bedroom window.

Very quiet location with fantastic beach for our dog who was very interested in the cows looking through the window. Very clean and comfortable. Would be a little cramped with 4 adults I think although very handy having 2 showers. Sloping roof in bedroom causes my husband to bang his head a few times.

Very easy check in and excellent service when we had an issue with a faulty door. Upstairs bedroom has no door so can be quite noisy from living room area. Best to all go to bed at the same time
