Above-and-beyond perfect! Check-in was seamless, and the condo was spotless, cool, and exactly as pictured. Loved having the pool, hot tub, and easy beach access right on site—such a bonus in Kona. The host was warm, responsive, and full of great local tips. Quiet nights, comfy beds, strong Wi-Fi, and reliable A/C made the stay effortless. I’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway. Mahalo!

Host was awesome and responsive. Amazing place to stay. Well furnished and super clean. Just be sure to check your messages in the app. The emails I received had slightly different instructions. Just use the app and this won’t be an issue.

Relaxing and next ti.e will rent a car to do more site seeing around the island.

The first half of the stay was great! The apartment is as described and very clean. However the shower drain became extremely slow in the second half of our stay. It got to the point where we’d have to wait over an hour between showers - bad when you’re on a beach vacation. We had to change our plans due to this. Communication with the management was extremely slow and it took over 3 days to get the issue addressed. That’s a third of our vacation with a barely working shower. I requested a partial and pretty small refund but was rebuffed. It was hinted that it was our fault the shower got clogged without any supporting evidence. Regardless of the reason for the clog, 3 days to address the issue in a vacation rental is not acceptable. We were told their usual plumber was off the island but that’s really not my problem when I pay thousands to stay for a relatively short vacation.
