About this cottage rental
In a farmhouse, semi-detached 50m² gîte in a former stable.
On the ground floor: open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, and coffee pod machine.
Living room with two sofas, 130cm TV, and Wi-Fi.
A bathroom with an Italian shower (80x150cm), double sink, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom (not enclosed) with a 160x200cm double bed and a 90x190cm single bed, a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and two 90x190cm bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under six years old).
30m² tiled terrace, 120m² private garden with no overlooked views, garden furniture, and barbecue. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the cottage (street side). Enclosed and secure parking is available in the owner's courtyard (upon request).
Reversible air conditioning and pellet stove.
Electric heating with utilities included, sheets and towels provided, and final cleaning included. Saint Amand-les-Eaux is 13 km away: the Abbey, the thermal baths, the Pasino, the town center, the Scarpe-Escaut Regional Nature Park with the Abbey Tower Museum and the Raismes Forest.
Valenciennes is 27 km away: the Museum of Fine Arts, the vineyard pond, and the Saint Géry Church.
Lille (50 km): the Palais des Beaux-Arts, the Old Stock Exchange, the Vauban Citadel, Notre Dame de la Treille Cathedral, fine restaurants and bars...
