About this house rental
Welcome to beautiful Polk County, TN! This beautiful farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. It is located only minutes from both the Ocoee River for rafting and kayaking and Parksville Lake for boating and swimming. The house is set up to hold 18 people with a maximum of 12 adults. There are three King suites that have their own bathroom attached and one bunk room with a full bunk and another bunk room with two full bunks. There are three separate living areas one of which is set up with arcade games and theater seats for a theater room experience. There is a creek on the property that can be hiked to. Only registered guests may be on the property, but we do welcome events with a separate charge and event insurance. Just message us for details. New photos coming soon!

The spacious rooms were clean & met our needs for the family to gather during a trip to a family wedding. We were disappointed that jacuzzi baths did not work on the second floor bathrooms. Thanks for replacing the microwave. One item in kitchen supplies that we could have used was more cereal/soup bowls. 4 were hardly adequate for our larger group.

Overall we loved the property for this gathering. The minimal towels, lack of washcloths and hand towels along with bathroom trashcans made it a less accessible.

This house is shockingly pretty inside and out. The rooms are big and the feeling you get is that of spaciousness and openness. This house can sleep a lot of people. I love the bunk beds that are queen or full size. I thought it was very fun for the kids in the group. It is recently remodeled so it is all fresh inside. Everything about this property is comfortable. The grocery store and “downtown” Ocoee is only 10 minutes away. River rafting and some hiking trails are also convenient to the property. I recommend this property. Jim who manages the property was easily accessible for any help we asked for. They even have a theatre room that is magnificent.
