You are greeted by a bright living room that houses a kitchenette, a table for 4 and two armchairs with a 40'' smart TV. From here you go up a wooden staircase to the master bedroom (mattress size 160 x 190 cm) on the scaffolding. Returning to the first level, you will find on the left of the entrance the bathroom with shower and the small room with a single bed (mattress measures 90 x 190 cm) overlooking the inner courtyard.

Heating: independent with split.
Air conditioning: one split in the living area and one in the bedroom.
Double glazed windows.

This apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. It is in great location! Ten minute walk from major sights, museums and restaurants. Communication was excellent. You will feel be very comfortable and at-home here!
