Wonderful Property for a Boston weekday baseball visit, out of the way of the hustle and bustle of being in the city. Great value and way better than being in a hotel room. Neighborhood vibe is great. Beautiful parks nearby as well. We Uber’d everywhere and was easy. Boston does have traffic tho we walked out to dinner several nights with less than a mile walk to great neighborhood spots. Very safe and very friendly neighborhood walks.

Lovely home! Very nicely kept and clean. But the layout of MBR and 2nd bedroom is not ideal. Upstairs floors make noises when walking on them.

This home is in a nice neighborhood. Susan was very responsive during our stay (a big plus). There is a lot of space in this home. There is a bedroom you must walk through to get to the master bedroom. I am giving it 3 stars because we had multiple issues while staying here. We noticed bugs in the first 6 hours of our stay (two centipede-looking bugs on the kitchen floor, and what looked like gnats on the master bedroom ceiling lighting fixture). Note: no windows were ever opened, and we only had the door opened when we first walked in with our luggage. We contacted Susan and were furnished with a bottle of bug spray. While that did the trick of addressing the bug issue, we found it odd that guests had to be the ones spraying and not a pest control company.We also had a toilet issue in the downstairs bathroom. Susan mentioned that it worked before we checked in, but we had troubles with it in the first 12 hours of our stay and only one male used it.The upstairs shower head broke during our stay as it was cheaply made. Susan ended up filing a claim against the insurance we bought at the time of booking.Overall, it’s a decent place to stay with lots of room. It’s an older home that can use some upgrading (like the toilet roll stand in the upstairs bathroom is extremely wobbly and old). The home serves the purpose of having a place to stay if you’re in need of three bedrooms with lots of space.
