Roslindale village condos

The location was in a very nice neighborhood, and an easy walk to the train or a short drive to a transit center with subway and bus service. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were very nice. There was always a parking space in front of the house. We were there during the World Cup and the price was an extremely good value compared to everything else in the Boston area.

Soundproofing needs improvement, you could hear everything that the upstairs neighbor was doing (probably why there was a container of earplugs on a shelf). Since the unit was in the basement, there was no cell service.

Property was exceptionally clean & beds were super comfy. 8 minute walk to train station & a lot of shops & cafes nearby.

Beautiful facility. Very well equipped. Good location. About 30-40 mins from Boston downtown by car, about 20 mins by train or 15 mins by underground.

Few things were off , but it's a new remodel so few kinks need to be fixed.

I am a very deep sleeper but was woken every morning all weekend between 5 and 6am (and then kept awake) by the extremely loud creaking from footsteps on the wooden floor above. I have several recordings showing how bad it was and I am exhausted from the lack of sleep. This issue was not communicated to me beforehand, as stated in previous responses to negative reviews. The basement property is not fit for habitation until this issue is rectified. Furthermore, the location is very pleasant but not convenient as the commuter rail (Roslindale Village) only operates every one to two hours and the nearest metro (Forest Hills) is a 40 minute walk or $8-12 Uber/Lyft ride away. Edited to add: the very obviously AI-written reply is insulting in response to the noise issue I raised and also totally inaccurate - I paid over $250 per night for this apartment.
