Clear instructions for checking in. Aircon worked very well. Very comfortable beds with premium sheets. Everything I needed was there but the house was clean and not cluttered. The neighborhood is quiet.

It looks nice and modern. Beds were comfy. Quiet neighborhood. Subway is not difficult to access. I didn’t fully test the kitchen to know if everything works but it seemed well kept at a glance. It's definitely the best priced within the area and I believe it has everything you need to be comfortable.

A few things should be fixed (doorknobs, bed frame, shower). It also doesn’t seem secure if the code to the apartment is the same code as the door to the basement. You can also hear everything upstairs, which is most likely why they provide earplugs. The floor were a little bit sticky and that could honestly just be the humidity (?). Host seemed a bit too relaxed on their responses - doesn’t feel genuine or welcoming, besides the automated messages but I guess that's not the biggest deal. EDIT: Thanks for the response regarding the security code. My mother was initially really worried about it so thanks for clarifying.

Great location, walk to bus, train, cafes & restaurants. Spacious modern newly renovated 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom property. Good size kitchen, oven, fridge, etc.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated, in a safe, upscale neighbourhood.

I am a very deep sleeper but was woken every morning all weekend between 5 and 6am (and then kept awake) by the extremely loud creaking from footsteps on the wooden floor above. I have several recordings showing how bad it was and I am exhausted from the lack of sleep. This issue was not communicated to me beforehand, as stated in previous responses to negative reviews. The basement property is not fit for habitation until this issue is rectified. Furthermore, the location is very pleasant but not convenient as the commuter rail (Roslindale Village) only operates every one to two hours and the nearest metro (Forest Hills) is a 40 minute walk or $8-12 Uber/Lyft ride away. Edited to add: the very obviously AI-written reply is insulting in response to the noise issue I raised and also totally inaccurate - I paid over $250 per night for this apartment.
