The cottage is a successful blend of modernity and authenticity with its wooden beams and furniture. Here you will feel good. - On the ground floor: an entrance/laundry room, a toilet, and a kitchen open to the living room/lounge. - On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and the second with 1 160 cm bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside: an enclosed garden with equipped terrace, plancha brazier and children's games (hut, slide, buried trampoline (not available from October to March), ping-pong table) and bowling green shared with the owner. Possibility of relaxing in a spa open all year round (option at €130 per week or €20 per day bookable directly with the owner - access from outside - prohibited for children under 10 years old). Private entrance to the cottage, private parking, motorcycle shelter. Gîte adjoining the owner's accommodation. Want to breathe and recharge your batteries far from the hustle and bustle of the coast? Nivillac, a small country town, welcomes you.
