About this house rental
Our newly renovated home is a typical 70's Brittany garden house: it has 3 double bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen fully equipped with new appliances (induction stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge etc.), a bathroom with a separated toilet, a spacious front and back garden with outdoor seating and BBQ, a log fireplace, electric air conditioning fans, and traditional shutters adorning each window.
The house also includes plenty of facilities for an infant or child including a high chair and a toddlers' bed.
The front and back gardens around the house with many fruit trees. It is located in a very quiet environment and the rear terrace is south facing so always warm and includes an electric parasol.
Free parking on premises for two cars.
This is a home we use besides occasionally renting it out, so it is very well equipped with practical items to cook, relax and play games!

- Daily fresh baguette distributor within 3 minutes’ walk
- Local cider press and local biscuit shop within 5 minutes’ walk
- A traditional food fire oven bakery is only 5 minutes by car or 7 minutes by bike
- Many beautiful beaches within 20 minutes’ drive
- Traditional seafood seller 30 minutes walk
- Natural protected park 15 minutes walk
- Saint Armel boat dock 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk (not ideal for swimming but perfect for hiring a kayak and paddle board!)
Le Hezo is located right by the Gulf of the Morbihan where you can find many water activities and schools within 10 to 20 minutes’ drive (kayak, sailing, kite surf, paddle etc).
The biggest town nearby - Vannes - is a jewel of middle aged architecture and only 15 minutes away by car. You can find many crepe and galette restaurants there, and all the shops you can think of and many bars.
