The house features a lovely terrace with a dining area, plancha grill, and sun loungers in a quiet environment, perfect for sunny days!
You can also enjoy a bright living room with a corner sofa facing the TV for your relaxation, open to the dining area with its friendly table.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen is semi-open to the living room. Numerous amenities are at your disposal: dishwasher, oven, microwave, hood, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bright bedrooms, two with double beds, one with bunk beds, and the last with two single beds and air conditioning.
The house also includes 2 modern and functional bathrooms, one with a bathtub and double sink, and the other with a beautiful shower, washing machine, and dryer.

From Nice: Take the A8 motorway towards Cannes/Fréjus. Exit at Junction 38 for Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël. Follow Route de Cannes (D4) towards Fréjus. You will find 391 Route de Cannes on your right.
From Marseille: Take the A7 motorway towards Salon-de-Provence, then the A8 motorway towards Cannes/Fréjus. Exit at Junction 38 for Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël. Follow Route de Cannes (D4) towards Fréjus. The address will be on your right.
By Public Transport:
Train: Take a train to Fréjus or Saint-Raphaël station. From there, you can take a taxi or a local bus to reach Route de Cannes.
Bus: Several bus lines serve the Fréjus area. You can check which lines stop near Route de Cannes or use a taxi for a more direct route.
