The renovated Villa is located in a very pleasant residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac.

A welcome booklet (in english) is provided after booking, giving you all the information you need to organize your stay before you arrive, including useful addresses and contacts.
The fully enclosed garden, planted with Mediterranean species (palms, umbrella pines, lemon trees, olive trees, oleanders, mimosas, lavender, rosemary, bougainvillea...) is completely flat.
South-facing, the villa offers perfect conditions for conviviality and space, whether with family or friends.
Two separate, independent sleeping areas can accommodate up to 8 people (including children) : one on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet, the other upstairs with 2 further bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. Located near the entrance, a third independent WC also offers a sink with mirror and storage
Each modern and comfortable bedroom has large wardrobes and the beds are modular:
* 4 double beds
* i.e. 3 double beds and 2 single beds
* i.e. 2 double beds and 4 single beds.
You choose the configuration that suits you..
The bedding is new and hotel quality.
All bedrooms are equipped with shutters and blackout curtains.
The bright, spacious living room opens via two large bay windows onto the terrace, which is partly covered and immediately overlooks the magnificent mosaic swimming pool.
You can choose to lounge on the deckchairs or enjoy a refreshing swim.
The fully-equipped, functional self-contained kitchen also opens onto the terrace. The American fridge has a large freezer compartment, and is always stocked with fresh filtered water and ice cubes. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer
You can park up to 3 vehicles inside the property, which is closed by an electric gate with remote control
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and heated in winter (heat-transfer fluid radiators in all rooms).
The mosaic swimming pool measures 8.5 m x 4 m, with a progressive floor from 0.9 m to 1.8 m.
It is secured by a perimeter alarm managed by remote control or keypad.
For greater comfort, it can be heated from April to the end of October, but this is not included in the amount of the stay. You can subscribe to it when signing the contract or on site.
Pets are not allowed
The accommodation is non-smoking.
Parties and gatherings are prohibited.

We’ve had the most wonderful time in the South of France. We went for 2 weeks with our two teenage sons (17/19). We hired a car from Nice airport and based ourselves at the Villa for the two weeks. Frejus is the perfect location to explore the region. Just wish we had more time!
The Villa was exceptional. Everything from location to facilities to the pool was first class. We highly recommend anyone to book if for their holiday. You’ll not find more helpful hosts in Olivier and Valerie. Communication right from when we booked was brilliant. Special mention to Ariel who was our ‘on site’ link. Very easy to communicate with through WhatsApp and ensured our stay was perfect. She also checked us in face to face which was great and ensured we kicked off our holiday on the front foot!
What can I say?! One of the best holidays we’ve been on as a family, thanks in a large part to our Villa accommodation. Many thanks!

We had a lovely stay in this incredibly peaceful spot of France. A bakery with fresh bread and croissants (spar) easy walk made breakfast a treat. Villa very well equipped, kitchen is bijou, but rest of House laid out well. Down side endless contracts in French but easy check in.
Perfect for a family stay. Frejus centre well worth a visit beautiful small streets and squares ideal for a morning coffee or market on Saturday.

This is such a wonderful villa and on the edge of the Roman town of Frejus. The villa is very charming and so clean. We stayed with our family of 8 and it never felt cramped. The outside garden is beautiful and the beach is just a short 15 minute drive. You can walk to a little center with a pharmacy and a bakery, which we did for fresh bread every morning. We stayed here for just a week but wish we could have stayed longer, there is so much to explore on the French Riveria and this house is the perfect head quarter for it.

Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well appointed villa. The air conditioning was especially welcome in the heatwave. The pool is excellent as well. Grateful for the welcome pack provided, especially 2 types of coffee (ground and nespresso). The kitchen has everything you could need. The location is very good, with a local Spar, with fresh bread & croissants, only 5-10 minutes walk. It's a quick drive to the beach and we never had any issues with free parking near the beach. Nice and roomy, comfortable beds. There's really nothing to criticise. The property manager/liaison was always contactable via Whatsapp.
There a a few contracts to sign, and some specific checkout instructions around laundry and basic cleanliness; but don't let that put you off - it is someone's (rather beautiful) home after all.
