About this house rental
Las Palmitas is a 3BR, 2BTH house w/ pool located a short walk from the pristine white sand beaches of Playa Blanca and Playa Callejones!
The house has a warm and light feel to it. The beautifully handcrafted furniture made from local woods accent the aesthetically pleasing design. Located 1.5 hour drive from Liberia International Airport (LIR), 10 min by car to small grocery stores and restaurants in the area and 30 min to more shops and nightlife in Tamarindo. Overall the perfect location!
The Space:
The property has its own private parking lot which is gated and lockable (enough space for 2 vehicles).
An open living room space with two soft and inviting sofas is connected to the fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table, which seats 4, and overlooks the pool.
Through sliding glass doors, the kitchen opens to the outdoor patio area and pool. The covered patio has a BBQ grill and outside kitchen space with a large dining table which seats six.
Cleverly situated in the kitchen, behind beautiful wooden doors, are the washer and dryer!
MASTER BEDROOM W/ EN-SUITE BATHROOM:
It features a king size bed framed by custom wood closet accommodating ample storage space. The stylish en-suite bath has a bidet toilet and a waterfall shower head fixture which provides a relaxing spa-like experience.
The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and curtains open out to the patio/pool area and offer a beautiful view.
SECOND AND THIRD BEDROOMS:
The second bedroom has a queen size custom bed designed with drawers beneath for clothing and storage, and a small bedside table. Additionally, this room has a cozy sofa chair with an adjacent table.
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with the same design (drawers beneath), and a small bedside table.
These two bedrooms share the second bath, beautifully designed with a waterfall shower as well.

The property and its amenities were beautiful. The parade of monkeys through the tree tops each day was a definite highlight. We encountered a bit of unfortunate difficulty during our stay and the property managers were absolutely fantastic in providing assistance.

Great house! Exactly as expected. Very comfortable beds (a big thing for me) and a great layout for relaxing. The pool is nice with shelf to sit on where you can enjoy a beverage or read a book and it gets full sun for most of the day. The kitchen is generously stocked with everything you need to cook and store leftovers, a feature most homes lack. They even stock spices, oils, vinegars & hot sauces for guests to use. The location is walking distance to the beach on a quiet road and double gated for privacy and security. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed with the small exception of a hair dryer. Lovely to wake and sit outside by the pool with coffee. Convenient for cooking. Quiet and peaceful.

Highly recommend this property for anyone who prioritizes comfort, cleanliness and privacy. Landscaping and pool are beautiful and well maintained. Owners did a great job decorating and even used high quality bedding which we really appreciate as some rentals use cheap linens that trap heat. Even the little details like having a true fully stocked kitchen with things like bag chips was appreciated as a lot of times the kitchens lack the little essentials. While there are no desks for anyone working renote, my husband was able to work at the kitchen table and I was very comfortable setting up my laptop and screens in the outdoor seating area and there are extension cords to plug in which again is one of those neccessities that usually isnt at a rental. Also seems like a great place for families given the layout, the abundance of pool toys and how short the walk is to multiple beaches. The only potential negative is there are no restaurants within walking distance but if you dont mind driving there are several really great options a short drive away in Playa Negra. Lastly, Miriam was really helpful and quickly responded to our questions
