Villa 3 bedrooms, private pool and 5 minutes walk from the beach

Wow! What a gem this villa is! The photos do not do this place justice! Every room was gorgeous and comfortable. All en suite bedrooms had king beds, quality mattress, high end bedding.. Just so lovely. Big, clean, beautiful bathrooms with rain shower heads. The open concept kitchen/living room was equipped with a large flat screen and tasteful furnishings. The kitchen holds a French door refrigerator and newer gas stove/oven. But the highlight is def the pool! The entire villa consists of 3 casitas wrapped around a large, crystal clear, sparkling clean pool that we were in ever single day. I cannot see visiting CR without a pool, and this one is a stunner. The entire villa is safely tucked behind a locked gate, completely fenced in, in a sweet neighborhood, and only 400 meters from a gorgeous beach. We were down at the local restaurant/bar at the beach several times a week. We can't wait to go back. The host is a true super host. She stayed in contact with us, checking in regularly to see if we needed anything, and was a huge help. Just a lovely woman who knows how to run a rental. We don't have one single complaint. This property has a wonderfully unique layout, providing privacy for everyone. The pool area has the right amount of sun and shade. Kitchen is well stock, with up to date appliances. It is located in a beautiful beach town that is not busy, allowing for rest and relaxation
