About this apartment rental
We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Montcenis in the heart of the Romanic Burgundy of the South, this charming apartment entirely renovated of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. Located on the first floor (without elevator), air-conditioned, it is composed of a pretty living room of 50 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a vast terrace of 60 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The apartment facing east is composed as follows:
Day space :
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, sofa, armchair and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
Night space :
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Room 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Room 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A terrace of 60 m², facing east, with awning and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days enjoying a view in the distance on the lake of Torcy.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Air conditioning in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Montcenis, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Tourist sites : the Combes amusement park, the city of Autun and its architectural heritage, the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune...
- Sporting activities : for those who like aquatic activities, you can go to the municipal swimming pool or the lake of Torcy. The region offers many walks or bike rides such as the "Menhir" hike, the "Sleeping Farms" hike or "Les Pierres Blanches". You can also take advantage of the "voie verte" (green way) at 35 km, a superb cycle track of 120 km...

- Nearest airport: Dijon-Bourgogne airport located about 1 hour and 09 minutes away by car.

- To access the apartment located on the 1st floor, you have to take the outside spiral staircase.
