About this house rental
This is a very elegant direct Oceanfront home with the Atlantic Ocean as your own private back yard.
The home itself was built with the Ocean in mind having large glass 8 x 16 sliders in the formal dining room with the most amazing ocean views that are visible as soon as you enter the double pecky cypress front doors.
There are sliders in all the rooms that face east with ocean views from most of all the other rooms.
The oversized patio is made out of travertine marble and stretches across the complete rear of the home and all around the pool which has sun all day, facing east and west. The beach access is located at the end of the driveway, just across Surf Ln. It is a private community sidewalk path making it easy to bring beach carts and wheeled coolers for your day at the beach. The backyard has complete privacy from beachgoers and onlookers to the back of the home.
On the patio there is a built in gas grill for cooking right near the pool. It has a great out door area for sun bathing, swimming and enjoying meals on the patio furniture.
Many of our guests have enjoyed our home and have not left it to go out and about because they were very content enjoying the beach, privacy and all of the amenities that are offered with our home.
Other guests have enjoyed the quaint village of Indian River Shores where the home is located as well as the quaint Ocean Drive area with it's many restaurants, shops, and parks where art shows and farmers markets can be enjoyed.
This is truly a unique private beachfront estate close to everything.
We only rent our home on a weekly basis and only Saturday to Saturday to allow our guests a full weeks vacation.

Our family loves this beach house. We have stayed there now 6 times. We hadn't been for a few years and came back this year and felt like we'd returned home.
There have been nice upgrades to the living room furniture and seating/tables outside. It was VERY clean upon arrival with fresh flowers waiting for us. We are a group of a few adults, teens and younger kids. We've been coming here since all the kids were babies. It perfectly accommodates a large family. The proximity of the pool and the house to the beach is perfect. The pool was very clean and a perfect temperature. There were quite a few beach toys our kids enjoyed. It was our first visit since the new condos next door went up and we barely noticed they were there. The steps to the beach were removed a few years ago but there is still a clear pathway for direct beach access. The younger adults and kids had no problem with it but it was a bit steep for the Grandma in our group so she stayed at the pool most of the time. :) The host Anthony is so kind and is always happy to answer questions and address any concerns asap. We have no complaints. We can't wait to come back again soon!!!

This is a beautiful property with all the amenities. We decided early on that we’ll rent this again. Next time, we won’t forget our golf clubs for the complimentary round of golf.

Several issues with the house, there were electrical outlets hanging out of the wall in the bedroom, exposed wires hanging out of a receptacle on the patio and found the receptacle laying in the back yard. Jacuzzi hot tub would not work, sent host a text and was told Anthony would be calling me and never received that call, also if you took a bath in the Jacuzzi Tub it took several hours to drain. Another disappointment, which was my fault for not researching the property better was we were under the impression we could walk directly down onto the beach but when we arrived there was no direct access, but again that's on me. Outside grill could be updated. As for Vero beach there just wasn't anything we found fun for the kids to do so we left two days early and went to Orlando.
