Welcome to your ideal family retreat! Our residence is thoughtfully designed to accommodate your loved ones comfortably. On the main floor, you'll find two master bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom, along with a spacious bedroom featuring a queen bed and a shared bathroom.
Venture to the top floor, where another queen bedroom with a shared bathroom awaits. Additionally, there's a generously sized room boasting a king-size bed and two single beds with trundles hidden beneath, making it perfect for a family!
We happily welcome well-groomed small and medium-sized pets with pre-approval, requiring a nonrefundable pet deposit for their stay.
For those who need to mix work and leisure, our home offers both an office and a separate day room, providing ample space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time together. Your family's perfect getaway awaits!
Experience the beauty of a 20x40-foot pool with a built-in spa and the most spectacular views of our sprawling Royal Palm Groves.
Full access to all 10 acres. There is a 1-acre pond, a gorgeous 20x40 pool with a spa that holds 8!
Self Check-in, our property manager is within minutes and can respond if there are any issues. Please reach out to us via platform message or text if issues arise.
Medium/small dogs are allowed with pre-approval from the owner. 100.00 nonrefundable pet fee required. Maximum of 2 pets
No smoking or vaping on the property. No smoking in the house, near any doors or windows, around, or in the pool. If we find cigarette butts you are subject to a 150.00 Fine.
Do not move the furniture. It scratches the floor very easily. If there are new scratches you will be charged a fee to fix it. We take pictures before each new guests.
There are no events or parties allowed.
Quiet hours are regulated by Indian River County and are from 10pm to 7 am 7 days a week.
Please do not move the furniture, out floors are very soft and scratch easily.
Please keep food in the kitchen areas and do not let children eat on the couches or take food upstairs.
Please keep doors closed, this will keep us bug-free!
Do not let pets on any furniture!

What an amazing stay. My Husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend with some of our wedding party. It was PERFECT. The pictured do not do it justice. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well as the dock to just hang out. The rooms are all spaced out well so everyone had ample privacy. Planning with Curtis ahead of time was great, he was flexible with Arrival time and informed us well about the property. Thank you so much for being the highlight to our wedding weekend!

Everything was great. Had a wonderful time with family and even taught our nephew and his wife how to play pickle ball. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazingly beautiful and very comfortable. Well taken care of by the owners and very spacious.

I was stalked on facebook by someone who took information they saw and created their idea of what was happening. Instead of coming by, as the management was local and may have even been on property, I was met at the door at 9pm by property management (2 people) one of which was very "attacking in nature" and a police office. I was told that I had to vacate along with the other women that were there.
I spoke to, who I found out to be a "2nd" owner, one that does not handle "situations" who was very condesending and unalbe to try to move forward with a conversation past what the story she had been told by management.
The police and management finally realized that what I was saying was true and the manager that initially was the spokes person, asked me to pass the phone back to her. I did and she was able to then mediate with the owner so that we could stay . I offered them to come in and check things out. They did and it was just as I said, 34yrs was the youngest there 73 was the oldest and the others were in their 50's. In total we were 9 in a 14 person "capacity" home as it had been publicized and as the property manager had written me ( I thought I had been communicating with the owner as it was signed with the owners name).
I spoke to the property manager the next morning because I was deeply upset that they did not come by to see if their concerns were valid. My evening and my sleep that night was totally compromised to say the least. We chatted and I advised that I would have felt much more respected and would have appreciated if due diligence would have been done before wasting the managements time, the owners time, the officer, my time and the womens' time that were joining me. She agreed and advised that she had never had to handle anything of this nature before and that they had only been renting out for 3 months.
We did end up having a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and magical. There are a few things that I would like to see added, such as more property lights and an alarm system. The bathrooms and some of the bedding were not cleaned to my standards. However every single bed in the house and trundles that were occupied were amazing, sheets included.
I am grateful for the chance to stay on this property and even thankful for the unfortunate experience the first night. My hopes are that everyone involved learned a bit and are able to take the teachings into the next interaction.
