The house was perfect! It was just as described and well maintained and clean. Ample space to hang out and plenty of room to have meals at home and chill out by the pool or on the screen porch which was amazing! The set up was perfect for our weekend bachelorette trip! Would highly recommend for a group or large family! Easy walk to the beach and so convenient to shopping, dining and Downtown Charleston! 10 out of 10!

This was our third year in this house. They have kept the rent reasonable. Island Realty has been quick to respond to any issues. The pool is very private and we enjoy spending time in the back yard.

The house itself and upon first glance was exactly as pictured and situated perfectly. Unfortunately one of our rooms had visibly dirty pillows, the extra blankets had stains on them as well and we weren’t able to use the pool during our stay. The pool was very dirty and after we called to ask to have it cleaned they sent someone to skim the top but not until the second day was someone able to come and find out that the pump was broken. He did fix it but by the time the pool cleared up it was our checkout day. We purposely booked this house for the pool and no one notified us at check in that the pool was not usable. Also, didn’t love that the house wasn’t ready until after 4 on our check in day and then have to be out by 10 on check out day. Just feel like you don’t have adequate time on those days.
