Josephine was a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay very much, and the home was great proximity to LBI. Beds were super comfortable and the backyard was peaceful and plenty of space to entertain. We loved our two weeks there. Thank you!

This was our first stay off the island. I have to say, we were beyond impressed with the house and location! We loved the beautiful views and access to the water. The back setup with the firepit, table and chairs was absolutely amazing! Also, we unjoyed using the kayaks. The house was very clean and great layout. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The location to the stores for shopping was very convenient. The neighborhood was quite and beautiful. Out of the 25 years vacationing at LBI, this was one of our favorite houses.Josephine was very responsive to all our questions ahead of our trip and a pleasure corresponding with. She made sure our stay was perfect. Loved, loved this house! Thank you Josephine!

Our host was incredibly responsive and kind! The backyard was a great place to hang out and there was plenty of room for our family during our stay.

The property was beautiful and location very nice. Although it took longer than 7 minutes to drive to the beach, more like 15 minutes.
