Located in Central Houston. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It is a gated community with a security guard on duty during the day. Near major highways (288/610) 5 mins away from NRG by car

Most importantly, there is a lot of privacy within the condo. Each bedroom/bathroom is on the opposite sides of the condo separated by a door and lock.
We monitor incoming traffic with an external security camera. No additional guests or parties are allowed unless previously discussed prior to check-in.
Failure to inform the hosts of additional guests, you will be charged an additional $200.00 fee and/or be asked to leave the property immediately. We are very strict about this!!!

The property manager communicates easily with guests. Property is within walking distance to the NRG stadium. Unit is clean, quiet, and well stocked. Have stayed here a couples of times and will book again if we are back in Houston.

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was clean, and beds were comfortable. The area was fairly quiet and we felt safe. The host was easy to commuincate with and answered any questions we had promptly. Would stay here again!here again if in Houston area!

The location is close to Texas Medical Center. Gated community felt very safe. The tv’s are big. The apartment was very clean.
The sidewalks into the apartment are pretty cracked and uneven so if you need a walker or anything like that it may be a problem.
The ice maker kind of worked. It leaked into ice container and made big block of ice.
The bed in master was very comfortable unfortunately I slept on twin bed in second bedroom and it was very hard.
I liked the idea of jacuzzi at the pool area but it didn’t work. Other than that it was okay
