If you love taking walks and/or riding bicycles, the area is perfect for it.
A very low traffic easy drive to the beach --- 10-15 minutes
Also located 10-15 minutes to historic artsy Vero Beach downtown.
5 minutes away from several golf courses and Dodgertown.
This community is on a private lake, for your safety and peace of mind, we have installed a surveillance camera outside the house. This measure is part of our commitment to maintaining a secure environment for all guests. This house was as clean as you ever could imagine. Everything looked brand new and was nicely appointed. The kitchen was beautiful. The big walk-in shower was wonderful. It is a very quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed. We would stay here again in a flash.
