Welcome to “Beach N Bogey,” a spacious and eclectic 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach home located in the private, gated community of Calypso Pointe in Dune Allen Beach. This one-of-a-kind coastal retreat offers breathtaking panoramic views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Beach Golf Course, best enjoyed from the home's widow's walk (hawk's nest)—the highest vantage point in the community.
Outdoor living is a highlight of this home. The inviting front porch features two relaxing porch swings, while the expansive second-floor balcony provides seating for four and a perfect spot for sunbathing. At the top of the home, the widow's walk offers unmatched Emerald Coast views, complete with a table for six—ideal for sunrise mornings and sunset evenings. Guests will truly make the most of their time outdoors during their stay at “Beach N Bogey.”
Inside, the main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light and accented by plantation shutter windows. The living room includes a couch and loveseat, flowing into the dining area with seating for six. The updated kitchen offers beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, a flat-top ceramic stove, an additional table for four, and is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave.
Also on the main level is a bonus office space with a desk, sleeper sofa, and TV, providing flexibility for remote work or additional sleeping accommodations. The primary king suite, located on the main floor, includes a spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual-sink vanity, and separate water closet. A fun and eclectic Barbie-themed half bath is also located on the main level.

Overall a great property in a good location with a fairly responsive host. There were a few issues on arrival but the host was able to resolve at least two of them (burned out bulb and broken beach umbrella). Property still had broken door lock and sound bar that need to be addressed. I would stay here again!

Another Fantastic stay at Beach n Bogey! We were able to log some beach time as the weather was perfect and also able to put a few bogeys on that golf scorecard at Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. The house is so charming and the views to die for! Can't wait to come back next year!

We had a great stay at Beach N Bogey. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. One of our favorite features was the gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean. We loved having drinks at the outdoor table in the crow's nest and watching the sunset each evening. It made every night feel so peaceful and special. Having the pool right across the street was also wonderful.
We made so many great memories that I will cherish for years to come. A special thank you to the exceptional management company, Beach Luxury Vacations, for making sure everything was perfect for us.

We had such a great stay at this home! Everything was exactly as described and even better in person. The house was spotless and had plenty of room for our whole family. Getting to the beach quick and easy, and the community pool across the street was a great bonus. The management team was very responsive and helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again!
