*Luxurious master suite with a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and double sink vanity
*A full-size washer and dryer
*We have room to park two cars
*Minimum age to rent is 25
Golf cart rentals are not allowed at this property. Grills are not permitted on site or on the balcony.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

We had a great time in spite of a week of rain. The condo met our expectations and was lovely. I was disappointed that the master closet was locked up for the owner's use but we made the best of it by putting our clothing in someone else's closet. We hope to stay there again because we had such a good overall experience.

The Gulf view view is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay, however, the living room furniture was uncomfortable and there is no closet in the master bedroom - just a cheap rack. The owners locked the closet to keep it for themselves.
