218 Brunswick is a wonderful beach home with a private pool, located in one of Holden Beach's most popular areas. Enjoy easy walking distance to restaurants, candy and ice cream shops, coffee spots, the community dock, and basketball courts. Its convenient location near the bridge also allows quick access to mainland shopping, grocery stores, and everyday essentials.
Interior Living
Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming space for gathering with family and friends. The living room includes a twin sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi, Roku TV, Blu-ray player, washer and dryer, garage access, and guest storage to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
Outdoor Living
Outdoor living truly shines at 218 Brunswick. Multiple porches and decks are furnished with rockers and chairs—perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze morning or evening. With easy beach access just steps away, you can spend the day in the sand and surf, then return home to relax by the private pool, fire up the gas grill, or enjoy a meal at the picnic table. An enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach a breeze.
This charming beach cottage offers the ideal balance of relaxation, convenience, and coastal fun—an excellent choice for a memorable Holden Beach vacation.

Loved this property. Had just about everything that we needed and the property managers were very proactive with any issues that came up. The house had not been cleaned in between guests and they were quick to send someone once we realized that had happened. Other than that little hiccup, it was a great trip and the property was beautiful!

We had a great time at this property. Spent the week between the pool (very nice) and the beach. The location was great. A short walk to the beach. Also close to bridge to go to the market and restaurants.

What a great home away from home. It's always the little things that really make a place stand our, right? I found myself saying multiple times that "you son find this at most rental properties" about this or that. I particularly am a fan of a good sharp knife when cooking....and I am always disappointed at various vacation homes. But not here...like I said it's the little things like a nice sharp knife to cut my kids fruit for dinner. Just makes the week in a beautiful home that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend.
