Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I couldn’t figure out how to use the microwave or it wasn’t operational. However I was able to fix all of our meals other wise. We’re in town as a Non Profit fixing roads. Thanks for letting us stay!

This house has great room arrangement, a well-stocked kitchen and a large deck with seating and a good grill. It is conveniently located to the "downtown" area of Hendersonville, yet is still remote enough to feel private. It was an excellent place for our family of six to enjoy time together.

From the beginning to the end, this home was better than we ever could have imagined. We are frequent visitors to Hendersonville from Orlando, and with the way we fell in love with this home, this will always be outlet first choice for our trips!

Big house. Well appointed and well laid out. Two floors with two living areas. Large fenced yard and two large decks. Highly recommend.
