Welcome to the Village House, a fully renovated 100-year-old home that blends vintage character with modern comfort. Centrally located in Flat Rock, you’ll be just minutes from Hendersonville, Saluda, Brevard, Greenville, and Asheville.

The home is designed to accommodate a variety of groups, sleeping up to 14 guests in beds with 3 full bathrooms.
Main Level
Bedroom 1: King bed
Full hall bath with tub/shower combo
Bedroom 2 (Primary Suite): King bed + ensuite bath with walk-in shower
Open concept living/dining/kitchen with expandable dining table (seats 8–12), double oven range, and French-door fridge
Laundry room with washer/dryer + access to the back porch
Upstairs
Hallway vanity sink (a nod to the home’s 1940s history as a guesthouse)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed + twin mattress in dormer + small balcony (child safety locks installed)
Jack & Jill bathroom
Bedroom 4: Two bunk bed sets, a queen bed, and a twin (sleeps 7) + closet with baby gear and pack ’n play

Wonderful stay at the Village House! Family enjoyed being under one roof with plenty of sleeping space upstairs for the 5 kids. Essentially across the street from the Flat Rock Playhouse and minutes from Hendersonville. The fire pit was a popular spot in the evening for the kids and adults.Thanks!

My siblings, their spouses and 2 sons all came together in Hendersonville to celebrate the life of one of our sisters. This home provided a wonderful place to stay and talk about family memories. The fire pit was wonderful the evening following our sister's kids celebration they had put together. There was plenty of room. The location was wonderful. It is on a pretty busy street but that was easy to overlook based on the comforts of the home. I would stay again for sure!

We had a church ladies’ retreat there and loved our stay- the house was beautiful both inside and out. We loved making a fire in the fire pit and the 2 porches for relaxing outside. Inside we enjoyed spacious bathrooms and kitchen and comfy beds. Overall we had a wonderful stay!
