Villa Heliconia is a great two-bedroom home in Ojochal.

Guests love the open-floor layout providing easy flow from the kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, private pool.
The Owner's bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to the swimming pool.
Once a reservation is made, Osa Property Management / Costa Rica Las Villas Concierge Team will contact guests to assist with providing the area's best tours. In addition, the Concierge Team can line up tours, excursions, transportation needs or anything else that Guests may need/require.
Our goal is to make sure that all Guests have an amazing time while visiting this home and this area of Costa Rica.

Ojochal is known for its wonderful mix of locals and ex-pats/foreigners from around the world.
For those that enjoy world class cuisine, Guests will be close to some of Costa Rica's best restaurants in Ojochal, including Citrus and Exotica. For those that prefer to have the cooking done for you in your home, let Osa Property Management line up a private chef for you.
Playa Tortuga is the nearest beach. Reserva Playa Tortuga is located en route to the south entrance of the beach, and is a volunteer organization that protects, tracks and studies turtles, caymans and birds in the area. Be sure to drop by Reserva Playa Tortuga when visiting Playa Tortuga (beach)
Playa Ventanas is another great beach. Ventanas is Spanish for 'windows'. When you arrive to this beach you will quickly understand why this wonderful beach is called Playa Ventanas.
Guests will be provided a PIN for access to the property.
The home and swimming pool are completely private.
Any type of vehicle can access the property.

I would highly recommend this property. It is well located in Ojochal - a coffee shop nearby, not far from the main town (grocery and restaurants), and down the hill from a beautiful waterfall.The only thing I would recommend to the host is that they invest in kitchen equipment. Most of what is there is in pretty bad shape, making it hard to cook basic food.Otherwise, it is a great house, with responsive property management, lovely yard and patio. Would visit again!
