About this house rental
Escape to Paradise and wake to the sounds of song birds and Howler monkey's at this peaceful, newly renovated home with optional romantic Casita (additional charge). Panoramic mountaintop views and gorgeous landscaping surround the home to give it that authentic tropical feel. Cool off in the large pool or in the ample outdoor living spaces which are perfect for the family. Conveniently located next to the pool is the outdoor shower and bathroom. Enjoy a mimosa or try yoga while lounging at the beautiful new Rancho with bar, hammock and BBQ grill. Kitchen is fully stocked in both Casa and Casita. Washer, dryer and linens are provided. The main house sleeps 4-6 people (air mattress upon request). The Casita is rented for an additional cost (sleeps 2). Great accommodations for larger families. A/C in Casa bedrooms & now living/kitchen area and Casita. Master Bedroom has King size bed and on-suite bathroom. The casita is never rented to another guest when house is rented. Located in the heart of Ojochal just minutes to fine dining and beautiful beaches. Book a snorkeling tour, take a ride on the zip lines or relax with a drink by the pool. No 4x4 needed.

Super awesome house- saw tons of birds, including scarlet macaws. Rooms were big and air conditioning worked perfectly to cool things down. Came with lots of nice extras like beach towels to make our whole trip easier! The pool was a group favorite and we spent every morning and evening outside on the patio.

There were 4 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can’t say enough about the house,beautiful yard and pool. The house is very modern clean and well equipped with everything you might need. We enjoyed many hours in the yard and pool area. Kenny the caretaker of the house was very friendly and available for questions. We had an Awsome time and can’t wait to return. Thanks to all.

very quiet and relaxing stay..Ojochal, small little town. nice house, everything you needed.flew in to Quepos ,picked up rental,south to house.. Uvita is close.... will go back....3/4 thru 3/18 2025

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this house, what a find! The property has a beautiful and spacious house that is well kept, it also has two garages. The outdoor space is magnificent and we spent a lot of time at the pool watching birds taking bath in the pool right before a sunset. The garden has a variety of trees and you could spend a lot of time there too. The house is surrounded by farm land from two sides, so its pretty quiet there. Property manager was easily accessible and very helpful. Because of the property location we could venture out and go to local bars, restaurants and beaches - everything is very close, within 5-15 min drive in that area. Highly recommend for those who are looking for a quality secluded place with beautiful view and ease of access to everything in that area.
